Meet Dr. Denise Frer
With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Denise Frer, M.Ad.Ed, Ed.D., HTCP, CH recognizes a growing need for patients facing a serious health condition.
After receiving a diagnosis and instructions for change, patients need on-going and compassionate support throughout treatment and maintenance. In her work as an integrative health and wellness coach, she partners with patients to enhance and improve recovery and to promote proactive working relationships between patients and medical staff.
As Manager of Continuing Medical Education for Alexian Brothers and St. Alexius hospitals (part of the Amita Health Network) located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She designed and delivered a wide range of holistic health and wellness programs for physicians, medical staff, patients, and the public.
Dr. Frer established the Healing Touch Energy Medicine Complementary Clinic at the Cancer Institutes at both Alexian Brothers and St. Alexius medical centers.
