I am so glad you have found your way to my health and well-being resources. The simple fact that you have arrive here says about you and where you are in your life journey. Something inside you, perhaps a nudge from your soul is guiding to know that now is the time to begin ;your healing quest to become the person you are meant to be and to live an enriched life.

If you are drawn to these resources, chances are good that you have already pursued healing in other ways. You have invested time, money, and energy in gaining relief from your present discomfort, whether it is physical, emotional, or mental or a combination.

If some discomfort remains, it is not because you don’t deserve relief from distress or difficulty in your life. It simply means that you have run up against the limits of your abilities to find solutions. To transform your wounds requires a release from limitation, and to achieve this you need to access new ways for healing.

    The philosophy of these sessions is to 1) pay attention to the connection between the mind and the body and the effects they have on each other, 2) the importance of exercise and rest, 3) eating the right foods (nutrition), 4) improving your personal and professional development, 5) learning how to improve personal and medical support relationships and communication so as to integrate them into your self-care program.
