Techniques to Reprogram Your Season’s Rhythms

I’ll introduce methods to alleviate fear in winter, anger in spring, panic in summer, and grief in autumn. These techniques incorporate breathwork, visualization, and physical movements tailored to the emotional themes of each season, offering a holistic approach to emotional regulation and balance throughout the year.
Winter/Fear: Blowing Out the Candle
Sit on the floor and raise your legs to your chest, circle your arms around your knees and hold.
Take a deep breath and rock back and forth with your head lifted staring into an imaginary blue flame
On your exhalation let the air pass through your puckered lips making the soft sound of blowing out a candle
Blow out the blue flame with each exhalation and feel your fear going out with the flame.
Repeat until you do not feel fearful.
Spring/Anger: Expelling the Venom
Stand with. Your hands on your thighs, fingers spread, and take a deep breath.
With the outbreath, make a SHHHHH sound.
With a deep inhale, swing your arms out to your sides, and then bring them high above your heads.
Turn your hands around so your palms are facing you and make fists.
Make a loud Shhhh as you exhale and bring your fisted hands down swiftly and then open them as they drop to your things.
Bring your mind to your source of anger and repeat above three times.
Feel your muscles and power unfold as you pull own your arms.
Repeat until you feel anger gone.
Summer/Panic: Taking Down the Flame
Stand and put open hands on thighs and spread fingers.
Breathe deeply and slowly and make HAAAA sound as you exhale and imagine the chaos dissolving with each sigh.
Inhale deeply and circle your arms over your head until the fingertips and thumbs of each hand meet.
Exhale with HAAAA sound and put thumbs on top of head and inhale.
Exhale with HAAAA sound and put thumbs between your eyebrows and inhale.
Exhale with HA sound and bring thumbs to point between your br easts and inhale.
Exhale with HAAAAA and bring thumbs to navel and keep and inhale.
Exhale with HAAA sound and flatten hands and stretch them to original position at your things and inhale
Exhale with HAAA sound and move open hands down your legs and let them hand down as you inhale. Still hanging, exhale with HAAAA sound and return to full stand inhale and bring hands up the inside of. Your legs and exhale with final HAAA sound.
Autumn/Grief Human Touching Divine
Stand erect and place arms in front and almost tough your fingers. Imagine you are holding the world and its problems. Inhale deeply and with each exhale make Ssss sound.
Inhale, open arms wide and let go of the world.
Exhale with Ssss sound and round arms in front of you and image you are holding the world.
Inhale and open arms wide and release.
Repeat but let your fingertips reach one another.
Inhale and ring your world close to your chest with your hands and cherish the world you are holding.
Final exhale and make Sssss sound and let it all go with arms wide open. Letting go of the old, you are open to the new.
Repeat until you fell a shift in. your energy.
