Welcome to Coaching for Personal and Professional Development. I am excited that you are interested in your physical well-being and your desire to transcend your limitations and recognize your own magnificence and overcome your negative habits and beliefs and make the change you desire.

If you are looking for a coaching program to make important changes in your health and wellbeing with an emphasis on self-care, then this is the program for you. You move through the seven modules at your own pace, and your coach supports and monitors your steps until mastery of each module has been reached.

This coaching program allows you to set goals for milestones and markers. If you want to pause and go back and redo or perform additional research or brainstorm with your coach, you can.

This program also acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit, and the innate healing capacity within each person, with an emphasis on self-care. This program forms a partnership with you and a coach to empower and support you in achieving your personal goals related to optimal health and wellness.

Your measurable learning outcomes will include discovering and understanding:

  • Your current health vision

  • Your values, strengths, knowledge, and past experience to sustain and transform change

  • How ready you are to change

  • How to select your SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely)

  • New available options and resources for change

  • How to prepare for action and explore barriers to action

  • How to create backup plans and establish accountability

  • How to maintain behavior changes

You have a complimentary-thirty minute coaching consultation with each of the seven modules and they can be booked any time during each module. Any additional coaching consultations, after the complimentary one is available on Zoom at $100 for 30 minutes.

All information is protected by HIPPA Confidentiality Guidelines. All information is educational and is not meant to replace any medical advice and/or guidelines set by your trusted medical personnel. All information is meant to be a complement to traditional medical care and part of the integrative personal health plan of the participant. Everything you or the coach says is confidential unless you present a physical danger to yourself or others.

What happens after you purchase?

You will receive an email with all the details--everything you need to get started. After you purchase this package, you will receive the Consent for Self-coaching Confidentiality Agreement and the Personal Health Inventory Goal Setting Guide. You will fill out and sign and date and return these forms to drdenisefrer@gmail.com.

You may not begin the program until the Consent for Self-coaching Confidentiality Agreement and the Personal Health Inventory Goal Setting Guide is submitted.

Step 2: You will receive immediate access to all the materials. Download and start using them right away!

Module 3: How to select and list SMART goals and rate your confidence and motivation for the change you desire to make

Module 4: How to develop a plan of action

Module 5: How to develop a back-up plan and make yourself accountable

Module 6: Develop a list of ways to maintain behavior

Module 7: Encouragement (How to maintain your behavior changes)

Your progress in each module will be measured by Questionnaires. The questionnaires are a mix of open-ended questions and questions where participants rate themselves as they work through each coaching module. These surveys will be reviewed by your coach and your progress will be assessed and your questions will be answered. In addition, coaching suggestions will be provided to spark your thought processes to accelerate your progress and provide greater focus and awareness of choices.
