World Sight Day is an international Day of Awareness and is a reminder to you, to love your eyes, Think about the importance of your eye health and how you can protect it and keep it healthy now and in the future. Make a pledge

Here is a list of ways to protect your eyes:

  1. Eat well

  2. Quit smoking

  3. Wear sunglasses

  4. Use safety eyewear

  5. Look away from the computer screen

  6. Visit your eye doctor regularly
